Myriam Malherbe

After graduating from HEC, I started my professional career in auditing (chartered accountant diploma), and after a few years, I turned to business management: in charge of the Finance department at Romande Energie, I was responsible for adapting its organization and culture to those of a company meeting the criteria of a liberalized market. For the last 15 years, I have concentrated on change management: first at KPMG, then, as a partner at Strategos SA (since early 2003). Today, my activity is mainly focused on strategic, organizational and managerial support to universities, public administrations, social and medical institutions and private companies. I am also a lecturer at Bachelor and Master level at the HES-SO. I like to combine in-depth reflection and relational dynamics in my activity; the objective for me in both cases is to integrate the complexity of the logics, be they political, institutional, organizational, hierarchical and/or personal.
